Right Reverend, Bishop Kevin Francis Donlon
Bishop Kevin Francis Donlon presently serves as the Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Zanzibar and the Episcopal Vicar for the Anglican Union. He has served Church of the Resurrection, Tampa, an Oratory Parish established in 2002. He as ordained in The Episcopal Church USA in 1989, Letters Dimissorry to the Diocese of Kigali in 2002, the Diocese of Northern Malawi in 2011, the Diocese of Dunkwa in 2016 and the Diocese of Zanzibar in 2019.
He served as Curate at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Lakeland FL ( Diocese of Central Florida) from 1989-1991.
Vicar at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Wake Forest, NC ( Diocese of North Carolina) from 1991-1993.
Associate Rector at Church of the Holy Comforter in Charlotte, NC (Diocese of North Carolina) from 1993-1996.

He also has served as the Canon for Ecclesiastical Affairs for the Anglican Mission from 2005 -2017.
Bishop Kevin’s focus in ministry has emphasized the need for fundamental Theological Education for clergy and laity as well as Canon Law and Ecclesiology. He was a member o The Global South Anglican (GSA) Theological Formation and Education Task Force. Additionally, he is a member of the Ecclesiastical Law Society, Canon Law Society of America and the Society for the Law of the Eastern Church.

The Reverend Canon Charles Majaliwa
The Reverend Canon Charles Majaliwa was born at Miembeni Street (Mpirani) Zanzibar May 20, 1961. Holder of Diploma in Theology obtained from St. Marks Theological College, Dar es Salaam. Married to Ameritha, and blessed with four children. He was ordained in the St. John Cathedral, Korogwe, in the Region of Tanga January 11, 1991. He is the Vicar General and serving as Chaplain in the hospitals, Prisons Ministry and Coordinates with government media programmes.
Reverend Canon Philip Stephen Munguti
He was born in Kikwajuni Zanzibar May 1, 1971. Married to Oliver and blessed with three daughters and two boys. He was ordained Priest in the Zanzibar Christ Church Cathedral August 24, 2004. He is Provost of Christ Church Cathedral of Zanzibar and an Archdeacon of Urban Deanery. Venerable Munguti is holder of a Masters of Arts in Theology and Contemporary Issues, obtained from St John’s University of Tanzania 2017, Master of Arts in Bible and Theology from Worldwide Evangelical Seminary 2018. Also has a Bachelor Degree in Theology obtained from South Africa Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Christian Education obtained from Lutheran Junior Seminary, Morogoro 1991. Currently he is both a Director of Christian Education, Theology and Chancery Department (the Chancellor) and a Diocesan Synod Secretary. Venerable Canon Philip Munguti is Author of God’s Plan and Order for the Family, Confirmation Teachings for Students and Teachers and a book titled “Death.”
Reverend Canon Stanley Nicholas Lichinga
Born in Dar es salaam September 15, 1968, Holder of Diploma in Languages obtained from (TAKILUKI) in Zanzibar and Holder of Diploma in Theology obtained from St. Marks’ Theological College, Dar es Salaam. Married to Theresia and blessed with two sons. He was ordained in the Christ Church Cathedral on August 24, 2001, currently is serving as a Diocesan General Secretary.
Reverend Canon Stephen Aaron Kamwendo
Born at Dole, Zanzibar on 22nd March 1961, and Holder of Diploma in Theology obtained from St. Marks’ Theological College, Dar es Salaam, married to Victoria. He was ordained October 18, 1995 in the Cathedral Church of Christ, Zanzibar, serves at St. Andrews Parish, Machui. He was made Archdeacon of Central Deanery on February 2019.
Venerable Canon Charles Mika Lundu
He was born on December 16, 1982 Handeni in Tanga Region. Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Theology with Education 2013 at St. John’s University of Tanzania. He did a Certificate of Christian Education 2006 at St. Barnabas Training Centre, Korogwe. He was ordained Deacon on August 26, 2006 and later on a Priest, January 6, 2007 (Epiphany) in the Cathedral of St. Michael and all Angels, Korogwe Tanga.
Reverend Canon Emmanuel John Masoud
Born at Kizimbani, Wete on 11th March 1962, Holder of Diploma in Theology obtained from St. Marks’ Theological College, Dar es Salaam, holds CPE Course Bugando, Mwanza. Married to Agnes and blessed with 5 children. He was ordained on August 28, 1988 in the St. Michael’s Cathedral Korogwe, Tanga. Currently he is the Parish Priest of St. Johns’ the Baptist of Wete Parish, Pemba. He was made Archdeacon of Pemba Deanery on February 2019.
Reverend Fr. Furaha Weston
He was born on 27th December 1974. Holder of Certificate in Business Management and Diploma in Theology obtained from St. Marks’ Theological College, Dar es Salaam, and Diploma in Journalism in Dar Es Salaam School of Journalism. Married to Euphrasia and blessed with two sons. He was ordained as priest August 24, 2007 in the St. John’s the Evangelist Church, Mbweni and currently a Priest in-charge of St Augustine’s Parish Dole.

Reverend Father and Teacher Godwin Emmanuel Masudi was born at Morogoro Region on June 12, 1991. Holder of Bachelor Degree of Theology with Education obtained from St. John’s University of Tanzania (St. Mark’s Centre). He was made Deacon on January 25, 2016 and Priest on February 2, 2018 in the Christ Church Cathedral, Zanzibar. He ministers in the Christ Church Cathedral, a Personal Assistant of Bishop of Zanzibar (Chaplain) and a student of first year in Masters of Arts (Swahili) Programme at Zanzibar State University.

Born at Dar es Salaam January 4, 1965, Holds Certificate in Theology obtained from St. Marks’ Theological College, Dar es Salaam. Married to Susana and blessed with 3 children. He was ordained November 24, 2008 in the Zanzibar Christ Church Cathedral. He is Diocesan Director of Education and is serving as Assistant Priest at St. John’s the Evangelist, Mbweni Parish.

He was ordained priest on June 5, 2005 at St. Andrew’s Ruvuma, He is Diocesan Youth’s Coordinator and is an Assistant Priest ministers at Christ Church Cathedral Parish.
Rev. Rose Mpango
The Rev. Rose Mpango was born in Kasulu, Kigoma, Tanzania. She attended high school in Nairobi Kenya. She is a holder of a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from Nyack College in New York, USA and graduated with Masters in Theology from Virginia Theological Seminary in Virginia, USA in May 2017. She was ordained Deacon on August 20th 2017 in the Holy Spirit Cathedral and as a priest on September 2019 in the St. Peter’s Parish both in the Diocese of Central Tanganyika. She is currently the Director for Peace and Justice in the Anglican Church of Zanzibar and the first female priest to serve in the Diocese.
Reverend Elisha Thanasio Mgalusi
He was born June 1, 1960 in Morogoro region, married to Elizabeth and blessed with two sons and five girls. He holds Certificate of Theology of 1998 Morogoro, Certificate of Elder Education, Certificates of Morogoro Bible School in Bible Knowledge, Propagation of Bible Teaching of 1992. Rev. Elisha Mgalusi is the founder of Church Planting Programme of the diocese. Also heads the Faith Comes by Hearing Ministry in Anglican Church of Zanzibar. He was ordained priest December 28, 2013 in the Zanzibar Christ Church Cathedral. He is a Priest in-charge of St. Barnabas Parish, Mahonda in North B District. He was made Archdeacon of Northern Deanery on February 2019.

He was born December 25 1971 at Ngara in Kagera Region. He completed secondary education 1992. He is also attended masonry Course in Grade II. He was made Deacon on 2nd February 2018 in the Christ Church Cathedral. He is serving at St. Andre’s Parish at Machui.
